Garro Homes is a family owned specialty contractor company located in Travelers Rest, SC that specializes in drywall, flooring and tile installations, as well as carpentry. We service the Upstate of South Carolina including Greenville, Anderson, Spartanburg counties and have also performed work as far out as Oconee and Greenwood counties.

The company was founded by Marc Sr. and Linda back in 2003, a couple from Brooklyn New York. They moved to South Carolina in 2000 with their 4 children and were attracted to the peaceful atmosphere and southern charm of the upstate. Marc with his tremendous work ethic began tirelessly pursuing after his goals to establish a lasting imprint. Together with his wife Linda they came up with the idea to start a company that would focus on delivering some of the best service and quality craftsmanship in the residential construction industry. Their reputation began to grow rapidly but an unfortunate and nearly fatal event caused that dream to come crashing down temporarily. Marc Sr. was badly injured and could no longer work.

The fire was put out but never diminished completely as 20 years later Marc II took up after his father, who he learned much of the trade from, and reignited the flame of his parent’s ambitions. Following his father’s advice to not let his talents go to waste, Marc II decided to bring Garro Homes back to life. Marc II is a licensed specialty contractor for the state of South Carolina and now heads a growing team that has created many beautiful transformations throughout the upstate. After spending 5 years building the company’s reputation and a portfolio worthy of magazines, Garro Homes continues to bring some of the best craftsmanship in the industry.

Whether it’s as simple as adding trim around your doors and windows, crown moulding at your ceiling or as complex as a full bathroom remodel, we at Garro Homes are dedicated to showing others how well we can execute their vision.
